Your macros mean nothing until you do this
You have your numbers. Here's exactly how to use them so they actually turn into results instead of sitting in your notes app.
A $12 food scale is the difference between hitting your numbers and guessing. Eyeballing portions is the #1 reason people plateau. Weigh your food, don't estimate it.
MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, or MacroFactor all work. Pick one and log everything you eat, every day, no exceptions.
The rule that trips people up: weigh your food after it's cooked, and log it as cooked in the app. Raw weight and cooked weight are different numbers. Mixing them throws off everything downstream.

Split your numbers into meals
Decide how many meals you're eating per day, then divide your daily calories and protein evenly across them. Protein first, always, then fill the rest of your calories with carbs and fats.
Example — 2,000 calories / 180g protein, 4 meals
Calories per meal2,000 ÷ 4 = 500
Protein per meal180 ÷ 4 = 45g
Then fill remaining calories withcarbs + fats
Don't go below 50g of fat per day. Fat isn't the enemy, it drives your hormones. Go too low and you'll feel it: energy crashes, mood swings, and worse long-term results, not better ones.
