Not medical advice

The content on this site is for general education and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Exercise is at your own risk

Physical training carries a risk of injury. By following any program or advice from us, you accept that risk and agree that you are responsible for your own safety and for using proper equipment and a safe space.

Results vary

The client results and testimonials on this site are real, but they are not typical or guaranteed. Results depend on many factors, including your starting point, effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep and health. Nothing on this site is a promise that you will get the same results.

Coaching services

Booking a call does not create a coaching relationship. If you join our coaching, your coaching agreement sets out the program, price, commitment period, payment terms, and the terms of our money back guarantee. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement controls.

Our content

The programs, videos, guides, text and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal use, but you may not copy, sell or share them without our written permission.

Third party services

We use outside services for things like booking, video calls and payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of this site or its content. The site is provided "as is."
